Supervises and coordinates architectural projects from concept through completion. This position involves collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the design intent is achieved on site while meeting deadlines, budgets, and safety requirements. The Site Architect is also responsible for resolving on-site issues, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Supervise the structural aspects of construction, ensuring that the project is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure structural integrity and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Collaborate with architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure proper implementation of structural designs and plans.
- Provide technical advice and resolve any structural issues encountered during construction.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times on the site.
- Monitor materials and ensure that they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in reviewing project budgets, timelines, and schedules related to structural work.
- Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Address and resolve any onsite structural engineering issues.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Professional licensure as an architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and building regulations.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong project management skills with experience in handling large-scale construction projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the structural elements of construction projects. This includes ensuring that all structural designs, blueprints, and specifications are followed accurately on site and that work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The Structural Site Engineer will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
