1. Must be a nominee of the LGU and DHSUD based on prioritization of the beneficiaries in accordance with the following:
• A first-time homeowner
*If it’s not a first-time homeowner, you may still apply
for the 4PH program, provided that the interest
subsidy will be waived.
• Within the low-income classification.
2. For Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), must be a nominee of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW).
3. Active Pag-IBIG member with at least 24 months savings.
4. Not more than 65 years old at the date of loan application and is not more than 70 years old at the date of loan maturity.
5. Legal capacity to acquire and encumber real property
6. Has passed satisfactory background/credit and employment/business checks
7. No outstanding Pag-IBIG Short-Term Loan (STL) in arrears at the time of application
8. No Pag-IBIG housing loan foreclosed, cancelled, bought back, or voluntarily surrendered
